  • Hydrothermal Synthesis Reactor

This hydrothermal synthesis reactor is known as polymerization reactor.  This product is a closed container designed for digesting samples which are hardly dissolved by normal ways. It also can be used as a synthesis reactor. It can dissolve insoluble substances fast by using strong acids or strong alkalis in a tank amidst high temperature and high pressure, airtight environment.

The Hydrothermal Autoclave Reactor is used to carry hydrothermal reactions at high pressure and high temperature. The hydrothermal synthesis reactor generally comes in two varieties; the first is Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) or Teflon lined hydrothermal autoclave reactors and the second is a PPL (polyphenylene polymer) lined autoclave. The hydrothermal reactor is mainly made up of two parts; outer high-quality stainless-steel jacket and inner Teflon liner or Teflon chamber. In the Teflon-lined autoclave, the reaction is carried out at a maximum 220-degree Celsius, while the safe temperature is 200-degree Celsius. The PPL (polyphenylene polymer) lined reactor used for the reaction operates at higher temperature, where the safe temperature will be 260-degree Celsius and the maximum operating temperature is 280-degree Celsius. This product is extensively used in scientific laboratories, research and development labs, institutional organizations, quality analysis sections in industries etc.
